A notary with a commercial legal background

Before qualifying as a Notary Public, I practised for many years as a capital markets solicitor in the City of London, advising on complex cross-border transactions for leading international law firms and their clients.

I understand the demands of corporate legal practice: tight deadlines, international transactions, multiple stakeholders and the importance of accuracy. As a notary, I bring the same commercial awareness, responsiveness and attention to detail to every matter.

Whether acting for law firms, financial institutions, corporates or private clients, my focus is on providing an efficient, reliable and professional service.

Corporate and international expertise

Much of my work has involved documents intended for use overseas. I am familiar with the practical requirements of cross-border transactions and the legal formalities associated with international documentation.

Working with private clients

I also act for private individuals requiring documents for use overseas. These instructions often arise at important moments in a client's life, whether in connection with a marriage abroad, overseas employment, the purchase or sale of property, immigration matters or other personal affairs.

I recognise that, unlike corporate transactions, these matters may be unfamiliar to clients and are often subject to strict deadlines imposed by overseas authorities. I therefore aim to provide a responsive, efficient and straightforward service, taking the time to explain the process and ensure that documents are completed correctly and without unnecessary delay.
